"Rules, rules, rules!" says
Princess Tilly. "It's hard to have
fun when rules are silly.”

"Don't skate in the tower! No feet on the
throne! Don't swim with your crown on!"
She lets out a groan.
Page 3
"I'm not going to follow the rules
today!" So Tilly goes looking for
some place to play.
Page 4
In the royal garden, she sees a
small sign. Tilly slowly steps closer
to read each line.
Page 5
Tilly says, "These frogs will be fun
playmates!" So the princess opens
the tiny pond gate.
Page 6
One by one the frogs jump from
the pond. SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH!
Through the gate and beyond.
Page 7
They hop out of the garden. To
the castle they dash! Princess Tilly
chases behind until...CRASH!
Page 8
Tilly runs into her mother, the
queen. On the queen's crown
sits a frog, wet and green.
Page 9
Inside the castle, the frogs
cause big trouble.
The cook's soup is ruined.
The king slips in a puddle.
Page 10
"Help!" Tilly shouts to her brother
Prince Willy. He grabs a net.
Then he hands one to Tilly.

The prince and the princess work
fast with their nets. One! Two!
Three! They catch the runaway pets.
Page 12
The frogs go back to their watery pools. Willy and Tilly
talk about rules. "What did you learn today, Sis?"
asks Prince Willy. Tilly replies, "Castle rules are NOT silly!"
